1. Acceptance
By using LabelFlow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
LabelFlow provides barcode generation, QR code generation, SKU management, and label design tools. The Service is available as a web application and a downloadable desktop application.
3. Free Tier
- Anonymous users: 1 generation per day
- Registered free users: 5 generations per day
- Free tier includes ads served by Google AdSense
- Free tier data is stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear browser data
4. Paid Plans
Pro subscription ($5/month): Unlimited generations, no ads, cloud storage and sync. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Single-Use Pass ($3): 30 days of Pro access. No auto-renewal.
Desktop License ($39): One-time purchase. Perpetual license for the desktop application. Includes 1 year of free updates.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refund requests for Pro subscriptions can be made within 7 days of purchase. Desktop license refunds are available within 14 days if the software has not been activated.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Generate barcodes for counterfeit or fraudulent products
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or licensing restrictions
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the desktop application
7. Intellectual Property
Barcodes, QR codes, labels, and SKUs you generate are yours. LabelFlow claims no ownership over your generated content. The LabelFlow software, branding, and website content are protected by copyright.
8. Limitation of Liability
LabelFlow is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or barcode scanning failures.
